Do your products use any additives or preservatives?

We are a 100% natural company. i.e: We do not use any ingredients that has any chemicals, preservatives, additives or flavour enhancers either in the manufacturing process or in the foods that we prepare.

What type of ingredients do you use in your products?

We use whole ingredients like millets, different legumes, nuts etc in our food preparation process. For savouries, we avoid palm oil, preservatives and for our sweets we use natural sweeteners like jaggery, ghee and avoid maida, white sugar etc.

Do you have shipment throughout India?

Yes, we offer shipment throughout India.

How long does it take for the products to be delivered?

We have partnered with several courier services to ensure the utmost care and the shortest delivery time for your order. In case of national holidays, events beyond courier partner’s control (floods, strikes) we kindly ask for your patience.

How can I track my order?

You will be able to track your order from the tracking link provided through email and whatsapp.

Can I cancel a shipped order?

No, we do not offer cancellation options for shipped orders. Since all our snacks, savouries are freshly prepared with no preservatives, we will not be able to re-use your order.

What if the items I have received are damaged or missing?
